Esther - A Man and a Woman for Such a Time As This - PUP Workbook (ESV)

Haman, the enemy of the Jews, seemed successful in his scheme to get rid of Mordecai. He only had to wait for that day to come. The decree issued, he sat down to drink with the king while the whole city was in confusion. As for Mordecai, he walked through the city in sackcloth and ashes, wailing loudly and bitterly. It didn’t look good for the survival of the Jews. They may have been asking, where is God in this crisis? Have you ever waited and wondered where God was in the silence?
